E drejta e vetmbrojtjes nuk duhet te keqperdoret per t'i lene vend arbitraritetit e anarkise dhe per ta bere ndeshkimin ose dhe parandalimin e krimit,me te rrezikshem se vete krimi dhe pasojat e tij.

Ky konceptim i ri i te drejtes per te ndryshuar regjimet me force nderhyrese nga jashte,per te bere nderhyrje ushtarake ne emer operacioneve policore te luftes kunder terrorrizmit,per te shperthyer luftera preventive ne emer te mbrojtjes se territorit ose te interesave jashte territorit,nga sulmet terrorriste shemb shume shtylla te deritanishme te te drejtes nderkombetare dhe te Kartes se OKB-se,sanksionet si parim te marredhenieve nderkombetare shprehjen e papelqyeshme angleze ''might is right'' (forca ben te drejten)rikthejne nocionet e <<xhandarit nderkombtar>> dhe ben te ligjshem parimin e Hitlerit ne ''Mein Kampf''-in e tij ;--''Bota u perket me te forteve qe praktikojne zgjidhje perfundimtare'''--.

Te shtunen ne daten 15 shkurt ne tere Evropen do te kete manifestime paqesore per ti thene
jo luftes kunder popullit iraken.
Edhe pse tashme mesa duket SHBA kane vendosur se tashme lufta duhet te behet. Kjo gje eshte evidente per faktin e thjeshte se vetem mbajtaj e trupave nje gji deri tani ka kushtuar shifra
te ekzagjeruara. Rumsfeld eshte mese i bindur se tani lufta duhet bere dhe per te vene ne
praktike planet e tij (qe ushtaraket amerikane nuk eshte se durojne me aq qejf) ka nevoje per nje buxhet prej 800 miliard dollaresh. Me i madhi qe nga koha e luftes se ftohte.
Deri tani SHBA kane gjetur mbeshtetje ne ato vende qe sapo jane futur ne Evrope, apo qe akoma duhet te futen. Perveç ketyre, Italia edhe pse e ve luften ne vendin e fundit te opcioneve
i ka shprehur mbeshtetjen e saj qeverise amerikane. Nuk duhet te harrojme se ne nje fare
menyre Italia po merr pjese ne lufte, sepse gati 1000 ushatre italiane do te zvendesojne
koleget e tyre amerikane ne Afganistan, ne nje nga zonat ku vlon akoma terrorizmi.
Nga ana tjeter aleanca franko-gjermane po i irriton nervat Bushit, sepse teza e re eshte per nje
nderhyrje te armatosur, por me kaskat blu te OKB-se.
Ne kete merimange nderkombetare po luan nje rol mjaft te rendesishem edhe Vatikani.
Dje eshte nisur nje kardinal per te folur drejteperdrejt me Sadamin, duke provuar ate qe per shume duket e pamundura, domethene evitimin e konfliktit. Dhe disa dite me pare ministri i puneve te jashtem irakene Aziz ka fluturuar drejt Vatikanit dhe ka pasur nje bisede me Papen.
Nga ana e tij Anan ka thene qarte se nje nderhyrje unilaterale e ShBA nuk tolerohet nga OKB-ja.
personalisht mendoj se nderhyrja ne Irak(neqoftese do te kete nje te tille dhe une shpresoj qe mos te ndodhi) do te jete katastrofike sidomos per civilet dhe per popullin e thjeshte.
