Po e di kete, por nuk e kuptoj cfare ndodh kur te dy personat jane ne usa, kuptohet alieni me vize temporare. Nuk e di nese mund te behet kjo ne US?

Ok, the staus you get with your fiance visa is nonimmigrant, which means visitor. You do not get a green card, you do not get a social security. You are not allowed to work. It is just like any other travel visa, except that the status says fiance.
After you get married, you and your spouse can go to INS and apply for a permanent residency. You will get a social security within 4 weeks, and a green card after a few months. For the first 2 years your status is revocable. So if you get divorced or what not, you have to return back home /pf/images/graemlins/smile.gif . After 3 years of being married, you can apply to become a US citizen.
