Ka nga ato qe thone qe funksionojne sepse imitojne duhanin goxha mire! Por kam pare edhe nga ata qe nuk u ka bere gje dhe serish kane filluar duhanin! Ne nje fare menyre nuk mund ta konsiderosh si alternative per dike qe pine 2 paketa ne dite dhe nuk eshte i afte as per ti pergjysmuar me iniciative te veten. Personalisht nuk jam ne dijeni te studimeve me keto cigare elektronike! Ne fakt si opsione qe u ofrohen atyre qe nuk e lene dot duhanin eshte ose terapia me keto lloj cigaresh ose direkt terapi farmakologjike me varenicikline (emri tregtar Champix) qe ne nje fare menyre te ben te perbuzesh duhanin (dicka te ngjashme si bupropioni) por qe natyrisht kerkon nje ndjekje me te afert nga ana e mjekut si dhe kerkon analiza fillestare dhe ne vazhdim...Natyrisht si ilaç ka mundesine e efekteve anesore te shenuara per te por duket se ka sjelle rezultate te mira per lenien e duhanit!

Un kam gati 2 jave qe po perdor kete lloj cigareje,esht shum e dobishme.qe ne diten e pare nuk preka me cigare normale me dore dhe as me shkonte mendja,10 ditet e para perdora mbushje me nikotine tani kam 4 dite po perdor pa nikotine dhe nuk kam asnje lloj problemi.per 2-3 dite do provoj ta ndaloj dhe kete pa nikotine dhe te shoh si do me shkoj.Dhe sigurisht mbushja e kesaj cigareje esht shum me pak e kushtueshme se cigaret normale.
