Please note that due to the confirmation of further scholarship
support, we
are extending the deadline for applications to the OII Summer Doctoral
Programme to 12 noon (GMT) on the 24th February. New bursaries are
available
from the Open Society Institute for students from developing or
transition
countries studying issues of ICT policy and regulation. This is in
addition
to scholarships kindly provided by Hefce, the Annenberg School of
Communication at University of Pennsylvania and the Creative
Industries
Faculty at Queensland University of Technology.
