Windows Mobile 6.5 on October
Microsoft has announced that the first mobile phones based on Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system will reach the market on October 6 this year. The new equipment will simultaneously are the first to be sold under the marketing name “Windows Phone”.</p>
With Windows Mobile 6.5 Microsoft will try to convince users that phones based on its operating system are not only good for jobs, respectively, they offer good opportunities as well as other functions that users were interested in “ordinary” from working environment.</p>
Among the newest innovations in the new operating system is the inclusion of Windows applications store online Marketplace. In fact, although until now have existed thousands of applications for Windows Mobile, has not been as easy to find and its transfer to the device. In Microsoft have not announced how many applications are submitted and approved in store Windows Marketplace, but it is noted that among them are also Netflix, Facebook and more games.
Microsoft also will begin officially free My Phone service which enables users to simply create copies of contacts, calendars, messages, photos and other data. Service will also contain the function “Find My Phone”, which should facilitate users to find the missing device.</p>
Other innovations include more advanced configuration for user, better support for touch sensitive screens, advanced Internet browsers and on multiple opportunities for management email.</p>
Among the companies which will soon have to present their mobile phones based on Windows Mobile 6.5 highlight Acer, HP, HTC, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Toshiba.</p>
