Ore ju e lexuat pse nuk lejohet?
Pse nga ngaterroheni me DNS etj? C'hyn ketu DNS? Shume pikepyetje per ata qe pretendojne nje dite mbas disa vjetesh do te jene Network Admin te serverave ne Shqiperi sepse me keto mend qe paskeni nuk ju merr njeri ne pune ne Europen Perendimore & USA.

Lexojeni njehere me shume pse nuk lejohet.

Si kompjuterista qe merreni me <<networking>> duhet te dini vleren qe lujane keto organizata si ETSI & CEPT ne Europe & FCC ne USA. Mbase ato kane bere provisions qe Shqiperia te mos kete .al domains me. Mos harroni e gjithe bota e internetit varet ne Internic/FCC ne USA e cilat identifikojne Root Servers kush e kush do jete. Internic/FCC ne USA komandojne direkt RIPE. RIPE/ETSI+CEPT komandojne direkt .al domains.

Po u ndalua .al domain ne RIPE Europian Root Servers pijini lengun .al domains.

Saktesisht si mendova une. RIPE/ETSI+CEPT kane vendosur qe te mos kete me .al domains. Zakonisht keto lihen ne dore te vendeve por me pabesueshmerine shqiptare shqiptaret nuk besohen kollaj. Behet rremuje ne hierarki. Kjo me duket me teper.

Rregjistro nje shoqate "Neo Foundation" ne gjykate. Bej nje status dosido. Apo te mjelin duan 20 mije dollare per rregjistrimin? Flit pastaj pse .al nuk rregjistrohet. Mbase ka mundesi INIMA do ta kete ndalur per te bere kete SCAM te vjelin me gjykatat. INIMA shtetrore eshte.? Nga na kane dale keta kapitaliste kaq te rafinuar ne Shqiperi.

Te kuptohemi ketu: HOSTS jane vetem ato qe kane A.
psh: instat A 207.241.170.22 do te thote se instat.gov.al domain eshte ekzistent. Host ka IP 207.241.170.22.

Do te thote po ashtu se http://instat.gov.al mund te jete running! Por kur A eshte per nje NS http:// nuk do punoje.

Historia e domainit .al eshte e tille:

Diku nga 1992-93 kur interneti ishte ne fillimet e veta gjithandej, departamenti i informatikes u interesua per nje domain nen al. Ne ate kohe departamenti i informatikes kishte marredhenie te mira me nje institucion kerkimor ne Pizza te Italise (CNUCE). Ne ate kohe Francesco Gennai ndihmoi qe te regjistronte .al dhe ai e mirembajti teknikisht kete domain pasi ai kishte lidhje 24 ore me internetin ne ate kohe.

Francescoja e regjistroi domainin dhe departamenti i informatikes lidhej me dialup me Italine per te marre email.

Ky access me dial-up u nderpre diku nga 1993 pasi fatura ishte shume e madhe dhe nuk ishte ekonomike.

Ne 1995 kur UNDP (dhe me pas Soros ne 1997) beri lidhjen e pare me Internet u krijuan domainet e pare tirana.al upt.al soros.al inima.al.

Me pas ERT-ja vendosi qe te kete sistemin .com.al .edu.al etj.

Person kontakti per fat te keq vazhdon te jete Franceskoja. Normalisht duhet te ishte dikush nen INIMA apo ndonje institucion tjeter nen varesine e Akademise se Shkencave.

Megjithate kjo nuk krijon ndonje pengese per krijime domainesh te reja, apo per te ndryshuar politiken aktuale per te krijuar domaine nen al.

e cila thote qe mund te rregjistroni .al domain names etc etc. Kerkoj falje nese faqja e mesiperme nuk eshte brenda temes gjithesesi nuk ndejta shume ta germoja.

po mo lal, shko ketu dhe shkruje emrin e domenit qe do me .AL

une vet nuk e provova se s'me intereson. po besoj se duhet te ece, megjithese ne nje sit sikur lexova qe fundet e domenave me .AL jane te rezervuar.

ne fakt ai ylli vogel ne cep te pergjigjes se pare, po ta lexosh ne fund tregon, qe duhen plotesuar disa kushte per regjistrimin. e keto kushtet kam frike se duhet pagese suplementare.

une te sugjeroj beje siten me ALB (meqe e paske fiksim) mbrapa dhe jo AL. s'ma ha mendja te jete e zene kjo prapashtese domeni.
