Back to the time when I would let the sun fall straight in my face
Without ever listening to my moms worried advice to put on the cream
The time when I used to eat acacia flowers cause other kids used to do that
Back to the nights when an imprisoned fire-fly in my hands used to make me so glad</p>

There are times I remotely wish I could go back to all those places I knew nothing about
Back to when I used to search for the sun in the middle of a thousand black clouds
Back to the time when was I full of love, but had never fallen in love
To the secret place in my mind, where i knew that you would belong</p>
I don’t know if I want to go back – but I surely yearn for the time when I was not ashamed to cry
The time when I thought there was no need for wings to fly</p>
To the time i had great expectations, the time I didnt know what was a marriage ring
Back to the days when my only worry in life was to wait for the spring</p>
To the time when I would suppose that sarcasm was the name of a pasta sauce
and cynism a kind of poison to kill the insects that damage the crops
Back to the time when you were the only one in my dreams,
when i didnt know your face, your name, but still you were the one I would miss
Back to the time when I used to count every single daisy in the green field
To that time when the castles in the sand would fall down as soon as they were build
Back to the time when I thought that Barbie dolls were not made for me
To the time when all I needed was endless space and time to fit my fantasy</p>
Back to the time I had so much faith in me, in you
To that time when I still didnt know that the color of sadness is blue
Back to that time, when and where I was nothing and everything
When my existence was just a morning dew drop in the first day of spring</p>
