Nokia suing Apple because the iPhone
Largest producer of mobile phones in the world, Nokia, is by suing its rival, Apple company, due to illegal use of several patents for the iPhone. In fact, Sony claims that is never compensated for its technologies.

The lawsuit has to do with ten patents among which is the coding of the conversation, security, Invalid and wireless data, reports British broadcaster BBC.

Finnish company Nokia claims that the agreement for use of its technologies was signed by 40 company, but among them is the company Apple.

“The basic principle is that the mobile industry companies that contribute to the development of technology to paid use of their intellectual property, that Apple did not do, while waiting to be followed the same principle,” said Ilkka Rahnasto vice president of legal entity and intellectual Nokia, adding that the company which represents only the last two decades has invested 40 billion euros in research and technology development.

Earlier this month, Nokia has announced its first loss of three months during the last ten years.

Analysts estimate that up to the collapse of the sale of Nokia mobile has come to the fact that people every day and more are using the Blackberry devices as iPhone.

In the meantime, as we have reported, last quarter Apple has managed to pull off a record profit of 1.67 billion.
