INGENUOUS PRACTICAL IDEA OF SHARING ALBANIAN MUSIC, PLEASE GIVE IT A THOUGHT!!!!!!
ALBANIAN BROADBANDERS /pf/images/graemlins/laugh.gif is going to be whomever albanian who chooses to participate in this program. The only criteria is that members are required to have a broadband connection + donate space from his webpage to our page, which in turn will put it in use of every albanian that visits us. So the idea is to create a MEGA website with a lot of server space depending on the number of active broadband participants. Imagine having 100 members X 10 MB = 1 Gig = 200+ songs, and that's AT LEAST, because nowadays most households have highspeed. The biggest collection of albanian music in MP3 could be available at all times to everybody. No more searching in vain in Kazaa lite, no more broken links from websites of a week lifespan. The concept is simple, practical and foolproof. No copyrights infrigement because albanian music is not even in RIIA's database. No bandwidth and traffic problems because our website will just be a collection of links from other websites, thus splitting the traffic as much times as there are members. The only challenge will be getting the word out, which will become easier as we grow. My only dilemma is, should we let everybody download, or just those who have donated space. My idea is that we should restrict it until we get 100 members then make it voluntary and free from then on.You could post any albanian song you wish as long as it's on the MP3 format, and if we could find a way to make it easier for everybody to learn how to put them streaming, then we could really be MODERN. In addition to music we could add more cool stuff, like a personal page for every member or whomever wishes to put one up, grouped by state where they live, or even city, thus increasing the level of interest, but that's not really importand. What would reaalllly be cool is If we do find the right people with the knowledge we could even create ON-DEMAND playlists like those at fajtori.com, but imagine ours will be way better since we got better quality. So far is just an idea, but i'm sure you will help out. So if this sounds good to you, upload as many songs as you'd like or you're allowed to on your webpage and send me the links at acumani@hotmail.com Send me also your First name and the city you live so it will be posted besides the song in this fashion:

My wish is to make this webpage as Open Source as possible so if you have in mind a particular website design put it online and send me a link and i'll make a duplicate webpage. I hope you like the idea and PLEASE PARTICIPATE! Thank you!
ps: I will let you know of the webpage address as soon as I find some time to put it up. Most likely in a couple of days. If it is allright with the Albforumi Heads we could just make it an extention of albforumi.com That would just make this webpage the no 1 Albanian page don't you think! I believe this is HANDS DOWN a great idea and I won't take NO for an answer :goofy: :wave:
